Trippin’ on Two Wheels
My Birthday Ride from Columbus to Cleveland
This year, I turned 60... and I wanted to do something challenging, noteworthy, and soul-stirring. So I decided to ride my bike, solo, from Columbus to Cleveland, over 170 miles along the Ohio to Erie Trail (OTET). Not to prove something, but to honor something, my journey.
Why I Ride?
This isn't about how fast I go. Its about what I leave behind with each mile. About what I find in the silence between towns.

Growth to the Grave
This ride is part of my new personal mantra: "Growth to the Grave." Because the growth doesn’t stop. It’s in every mile. Every breath. Every uphill climb and every quiet moment on the trail. This is my birthday gift to myself. A reminder that I’m still growing, and still trippin’ with purpose.
This isn’t just a ride. It’s a reflection on life, recovery, and resilience.
Whether you catch me along the trail or pull up at the finish line, I’d love to share the moment with you.

We’re back outside—and this season’s lineup is all about movement, mindfulness, and Black joy in nature. From IRL social meetups to full-on wilderness retreats, each experience is crafted to reset your spirit and reconnect you with the land. Whether you’re new to the trail or deep in your healing journey, there’s a spot for you.
3 Years. 2 Rigs. Countless Roads.
I just wrapped up my third year trippin’ across the States—campgrounds, coastlines, and everything in between. What started as a way to heal turned into a lifestyle of presence, grit, and gratitude.
From the backroads of Appalachia to the stillness of desert mornings, I’ve been chasing clarity and collecting stories. This journey isn’t about escape—it’s about becoming.
